SDHG(00412): Choice Faith completed

SDHG (00412) announced that shareholders have approved the share purchase agreement and the transactions to be conducted thereunder on July 15, 2026. The completion conditions under the share purchase agreement have been met and maintained. On August 10, 2026, the buyer issued a completion notice to the seller regarding the sale of shares in Choice Faith, requesting an independent early completion (i.e., completion of Choice Faith) and designated August 24, 2026, as the completion date (Choice Faith completion date). The company's board of directors is pleased to announce that the completion of Choice Faith occurred on the Choice Faith completion date, with the seller having received the completion consideration for Choice Faith (30% of the consideration) in full, and the buyer having received the shares of Choice Faith (30% of the sold shares). According to the share purchase agreement, the completion of Success Flow will take place on the completion date. The company will issue further announcements regarding the completion of Success Flow in due course.
