Qizhong Technology (688352.SH) announced that the company's general manager, Yang Zongming, proposed to use the company's own funds and special loans for stock repurchase to buy back the already issued ordinary shares of RMB (A-shares) through centralized bidding transactions, and at a suitable time in the future, to use the aforementioned repurchased shares for employee stock incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount of the buyback funds will be no less than 75 million yuan (inclusive) and no more than 150 million yuan (inclusive).
