In news, Beyond Meat announced today that the company's board has decided to implement a 1-for-30 reverse stock split for its common stock, and correspondingly reduce the authorized number of shares and the total authorized capital stock by the same proportion. This reverse stock split aims to help the company regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
At a special shareholders meeting held on November 19, 2025, the companys shareholders approved 30 alternative amendments to the companys Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to allow for the implementation of a reverse stock split at any of the 30 ratios, with the exact split ratio to be determined by the board of directors.
