According to the previous prospectus, ICS Group is a rapidly growing provider of professional services for Chinese enterprises going global, dedicated to assisting Chinese businesses in their overseas expansion. The company primarily offers comprehensive professional services in three major business areas: core businesscorporate services; fund administration services; and financial reporting and tax services.
According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, based on revenue in 2024, the company is the largest local service provider in China's professional services industry for businesses going global, with a market share of 10.5%. At the same time, it ranks second among all professional service providers for Chinese enterprises going global worldwide.
