Supplementary explanation of the specific circumstances of related party transactions between the company and Kaibo Yikong during the reporting period, whether the pricing of these related party transactions is fair, whether there are any related party transactions issues, along with supporting evidence. Supplementary explanation of the rationale and necessity for the company's controlling shareholder to pursue urgent dividends, and whether taxes have been paid as required. Supplementary explanation of the main considerations for Kaibo Yikong to withdraw its application for an IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and subsequently list the company separately.
