On August 7, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice regarding the "full circulation" filing for the overseas issuance and listing of the shares of Meikaman (Xiong'an) Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 27,479,850 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A total of 32 shareholders of the company intend to convert their combined 89,924,180 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Public information shows that Meikaman Siasun Robot & Automation was founded in 2016 by a team of returnees from Tsinghua University and is dedicated to promoting the ubiquitous presence of embodied intelligence Siasun Robot & Automation.
