Hangzhou Bangshun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bangshun Pharmaceutical) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on January 22, 2026, which expired after 6 months on July 22, 2026. China Securities Co., Ltd. International was its exclusive sponsor.
The prospectus shows that Bangshun Pharmaceutical is a biotechnology company focusing on the fields of oncology and autoimmune diseases. The company has established a pipeline including a new drug application (NDA) stage candidate drug (bezitexetanib), a registration-stage clinical candidate drug (CX1440), and five preclinical stage candidate drugs (CX03, CX12, CX13, CX15, and CX16).
